Monitoring & Rebooting

Administering a virtual server can be a tough procedure. You either have to do the work yourself and spend a lot of your precious time to keeping an eye on your Virtual Private Server, or, alternatively, you have to set up a 3rd–party tool whose only mission will be to watch over your VPS server. And this is where our Administration Services package will comes in real handy. Thanks to it, your server will be added to our own custom–built server monitoring software system, which will keep track of all the key tasks. And in case of a service problem, our sysadmins will be alerted at once and they will fix the problem as soon as possible.

Weekly Backups

Maintaining a backup copy of your data is highly recommended – one never knows when something could go wrong. And using the Administration Services option, you will take advantage of every week backups of your entire VPS, not just of your data, without you having to install and configure anything. Furthermore all the backup copies are always placed on a server with a group of RAID–configured hard disks. As a result your data will always be safe and sound, regardless of what happens.

Installation & Troubleshooting

Whilst a Virtual Private Server provides you with an almost infinite number of possibilities, you will often need to install additional software packages. And this is where our Installation & Troubleshooting service can come in real handy. It is an integral part of our Administration Services package, which enables you to call for any of our competent system administrators to install and set up any software program and to resolve any issue that you’re experiencing with the VPS server.

The Administration Services deal comes bundled with most of our OpenVZ Linux VPS Packages. It’s an extra for the KVM Linux VPS Packages.
